Common faults of industrial display screens and their solutions
When an industrial display fails, how should we troubleshoot and solve the problem? Industrial display maintenance requires certain professional knowledge.
1. The display displays normally, but there is no response when touched
Solution: First check whether there are cracks on the surface of the touch screen. If there are cracks, it should be replaced in time; then check whether there is dust on the surface of the touch screen, which will cause short circuit; then check whether the wiring interfaces are loose; and check whether there are conflicts between the serial port and the interrupt number. If there are conflicts, the resources should be adjusted. Then observe and check whether the indicator light on the control box is working properly. It is normal for the indicator light to be green and flashing.
2. After the power is turned on, the screen of the industrial display is not bright, and the current is about 100mA
Solution: Touch the screen of the industrial display with your hand, and the buzzer does not respond, which means that the program is not running properly. Use a multimeter to measure several groups of voltages. If they are all normal, the fault occurs in the chip circuit, causing a bus error, so that the program cannot run normally. Check whether there is a cold solder joint on the chip pin. You can heat the solder pin with a hot air gun and press it with tweezers to re-melt the solder pin and tin. After processing, restart the machine, and the weak current rises to 470mA and returns to normal.
3. After the industrial display is powered on, the screen is dark and the current is about 230mA
Solution: Touch the screen with your hand, and the buzzer responds, which means that the program can run normally. When the high-voltage bar voltage and control voltage are measured to be normal, it means that the fault occurs in the high-voltage circuit or the lamp is damaged. Disassemble the lamp, if one of the heads is black, replace it; if there is still no light after replacing the lamp, check the high-voltage transformer, and replace it with the high-voltage bar with two tubes of the LCD.
